By scheduling a service with Safe and Secure Testing, you agree to the following:

1. Appointment & Payment

   • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

   • Full payment is required before testing is conducted.

   • A $25 rescheduling fee may apply for missed appointments without a 24-hour notice.

2. Testing & Results

   • Trained professionals perform DNA and drug test collections.

   • Legal DNA tests include ID verification, photos, and chain of custody documentation.

   • Accredited labs process results and typically return them within seven business days.

   • Expedited services are available at an additional cost.

3. Confidentiality

   • All client information is protected under HIPAA standards.

   • Test results are shared only with authorized parties as specified during consent.

4. Service Area

   • We serve Palm Beach County and surrounding areas (St. Lucie to Miami-Dade).

5. Refunds & Retesting

   • No refunds once testing has been completed.

   • Retesting due to lab error is free. Retesting for any other reason requires a new payment.
