How does mobile DNA testing work?Once you contact us, we’ll help you schedule a convenient time and public location for the appointment. After payment is received, we’ll meet with the necessary parties, complete the collection in about 15 minutes, and ship the sample overnight to the lab.

Are the results legally admissible in court?Yes, but only for our legal DNA tests. These include proper documentation, verified IDs, signed consent forms, and photos for chain of custody. Non-legal (peace of mind) tests do not include these elements and are not court-admissible.

What’s the difference between legal and non-legal DNA testing?Legal tests include paperwork, ID verification, photos, and signatures to meet court or immigration standards. Non-legal tests are for personal knowledge only and do not follow the same documentation process.

How long does it take to get results?Standard turnaround time is about seven business days. Expedited options are available depending on the type of test.

Is my personal information confidential?Yes. All records and testing processes follow strict HIPAA guidelines to protect your privacy at every step.

Do you offer testing for immigration cases?Yes, we provide immigration DNA testing that meets USCIS and embassy requirements.

Can minors be tested?Yes, minors can be tested with the proper consent from a legal parent or guardian.

What areas do you serve?We serve clients throughout Palm Beach County, St. Lucie, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.

Do I need a doctor’s order to get tested?No doctor’s order is required. We provide direct-to-client testing with or without a physician’s referral.

What kind of drug testing do you offer?We currently offer non-DOT drug testing for individuals, employers, and organizations. Testing is fast, accurate, and done in compliance with federal standards.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
